All our dresses are ethically crafted in small batches in the UAE. Each piece is designed to balance originality, quality, and sustainability, so you can feel confident knowing your dress is made responsibly.

We know sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s totally okay!  Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as simple and stress-free as possible.

Our Return Policy

To help us process your return quickly, please make sure items are:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including  smoke

• Free of makeup or other stains

• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Exchanges

Need a different size? Or have your eye on another style? We’re happy to help you exchange your item (as long as the one you’d like is in stock).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Reach out to us at hello@wildandsage.co within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. We’ll guide you through the quick steps to send your item back.

3. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange.

4. Kindly wait for our confirmation before sending your return. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Deliveries within the UAE typically take 1–3 business days (AED 25).
For GCC and international deliveries, kindly reach out to us for assistance.
International orders may be subject to taxes and duties payable by the customer, and are considered final sale, not eligible for exchange or return.

If you need your order urgently, contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee same-day delivery, our customer service team will explore all available options to expedite processing and shipping. Please note that feasibility depends on stock availability, shipping restrictions, and logistics.
